All garments in this category comply with the European standard UNI EN 13034 type 6 and PB 6, which specifies the minimum protection requirements for work clothing with acid-resistant characteristics. Clothing belonging to this type protects from exposure to small quantities of chemical substances that occur through light sprays, liquid aerosols or accidental splashes of chemical substances that are not immediately dangerous. The permeation time of the chemical into the fabric is another very important parameter that is specified in the standard. The minimum guaranteed protection is 10 minutes, the maximum protection is 480 minutes.
